Challenges of Building TEL as a Discipline

This one-day seminar took place on 20th October 2009 at London Knowledge Lab. It was open to TLRP-TEL programme early career researchers and doctoral students, and sought to build further on the discussions and activities that took place at Minster Lovell in June. The TEL Programme is planning a research briefing which explores the distinctive characteristics of Technology Enhanced Learning.

In this seminar, we will explore the experiences and perspectives of computer scientists working in TEL projects as we discuss the inter-related areas of TEL, interdisciplinary working, and capacity building (both individual and collective).
